Burning Ones

Well, we’re all familiar with the concept that money is the single greatest source of tension in the marriage household. This makes sense, and gives us all a great sense of security when we worry about money because we know that if money isn’t a problem, we’ll have wonderfully happy marriages.

My Consumer Behaviors book has been a semi-endless source of amazement to me as I read through it about our consumerist culture. Here’s the latest quote:

Although money is the most common source of conflict between marriage partners, TV–viewing choices come in a close second!

Wow… That’s pretty depressing to me.
