MySpace, states move to block sex offenders - CNN.com

This is a really great move on MySpace’s part. It’s wonderful that they chose to cooperate with it.

Now, if we could only get people to just stop using MySpace altogether… :)

I am still livid at myspace for sending porn spam to my favorite worship leader from my account in 2006. I got to meet him after 12 years and the next month he is personally writing me to let me know someone hijacked my account. Mortifying, and although my feelings cannot be bought, if one were to assign a pain and suffering amount to this incident, it definitely caused over $681,932 worth of humiliation on my part. Know any good lawyers? That guy from Seinfeld? CBB

Sounds like you’re one person who I’m not going to have to convince that MySpace is an utterly worthless thing. :)

I remember that story, that really is awful.
