Burning Ones

This article from the Inquirer sounds like such a good idea.  Philadelphians need to be encouraged to develop pride in their city.  I was on the way home from work the other day and watched someone just toss their umbrella that had just broken onto the sidewalk and keep walking.  Something like this might really turn that type of attitude around.

Way to go Mayor Nutter!
